Are all Herbora products 100% herbal/natural?
Our handmade soaps and hair oil are from the herbal range which are manufactured using natural, traditionally inspired formulations. But not all products on the website are herbal. We also sell some cosmetic products (e.g., instant glow moisturizers) that are not made from natural herbs. We clearly mention on each product page whether the item is herbal or cosmetic so you can choose confidently.
Why does my soap look or smell slightly different than before?
Our herbal soaps are handmade and artisanal, so there can be slight variations in color, texture, and fragrance. Over time, natural herbal ingredients may also cause minor colour change, but the properties of the soap remain the same.
Are your products medicines or do they treat skin conditions?
No. Our products are made using herbal or naturally derived ingredients, but they are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results can vary from person to person.
How long does shipping and delivery take?
Dispatch usually takes 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–5 business days, but it may vary based on your location, courier operations, holidays, and other external factors. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.
What is your return/refund/cancellation policy?
Due to the hygienic and personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video from the start; we’ll review and replace if eligible.
