Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Returns / Exchange
Due to the hygienic and personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of our products.

6.2 Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Notify us within 12 hours of delivery with video of the issue starting right form unboxing it.
We will review and replace the product if eligible.

6.3 Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
